Due care should be taken when lighting fires near trees.

Sufficient precautions should be taken to prevent fires from spreading and a fire bucket should be kept close to any open fires.

Wood should be used as economically as possible. A Wood Pile exists to the right of the Camp entrance. Only wood required should be removed from the pile and all wood left over at the end of a camp should be returned there prior to leaving the site.
